What matters to us
The short version is we deliver great websites by asking questions of our clients, listening to them, and working with them as a team.
It’s a requirement of every project we deliver that it puts the company in a better position than they were in before they met us. It needs to make a tangible difference, not only by increasing sales, but in their company confidence and pride - they should feel more successful.
How well the website connects with the audience, explains their product or service, and keeps the visitor engaged to learn more or reach out, is what matters to us. We get there by asking questions, being patient with the client, visualizing what they tell us, and turning around a website that looks and works right for them.
As a company, we don’t necessarily need to know the “right way” to market a client to its customers. We have to acknowledge that our version of the right way of doing things is based on only our experiences - a source of imperfect knowledge. That’s why we collaborate with our clients and make something together - something we both believe will have an impact. We listen to new ideas with an open mind wherever possible. We let go of that first idea and see if it can morph into something better.
Our business started in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts in 2010. We were new-comers in a community where referrals are sometimes the only way to grow a new business. Website designers don't always have a great reputation, and many of our clients came from an unsatisfactory experience. Our first project was a free community calendar called Berkshires Live. Local residents could add their own events and promote them through the site. This was a great way to get organizations in the Berkshires to see our work.
Today we help Berkshire businesses grow their brand awareness through our process of discovery, professional photography, website design and development, and digital marketing strategy. We’re confident in offering our services to a community that has come to trust our word, and we're growing our business here in the Berkshires. If you’re looking to hire a new digital marketing or website design agency, we’d be glad to schedule a call and see if we're the right fit for your project.

We'll get to know you and your customers and discover what you think will have the greatest impact. You have all the answers we need.
Here, we take a conceptual leap. We translate what we learned about you and your clients into a visual style. Mood boards help visualize the direction you do and don't want to go.
To make sure you know and approve the direction things are taking, we’ll submit a design using colors and fonts from our style guides. This is just the start of our project together, and things are starting to look good.
